Neurodiversity-Affirming Consultation
We are thrilled to be able to offer 20 minute free consultations to parents, clinicians, and others who are interested in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and inclusive approaches. Please note that we are unable to offer therapy or formal clinical services through this program.
What is consultation?
Consultation is different from therapy-- we aren't able to provide diagnoses or clinical care through consultations or recommend specific, tailored interventions for individuals.
Consultation is primarily focused on providing general knowledge (e.g. about autism from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective) or general ways to adapt the environment to better support an individual.
Likewise, we are happy to support providers in general trauma-informed practices, feedback collection, and setting up practices in a neurodiversity-affirming way.
Questions? Please don't hesitate to contact Sam Brandsen at sambrandsen7@gmail.com with any questions or feedback, and we will get back to you shortly!
